You can view your order history and order information at any time within your account.
Reviewing Orders From Gallery View
1. To view your order information, begin by clicking on the menu icon on the right-hand side of the gallery navigation bar.
2. In the account window, select Orders.
Please Note: You will need to make sure you are logged into your account to view past orders. If you are not logged in, click on Login.
3. Here you will find information on your past orders, such as the order number, date of the order, ship to address, and tracking number which you can click on when the product has shipped. You can also re-order the product by clicking Order More.
Reviewing Orders via Email Confirmation
1. After you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain the order number, date, receipt, and order tracking. To track the order click on Track your order.
2. You may be asked to log in first, but after doing so, you’ll be taken to your Orders page where you will find information on your past orders, such as the order number, date of the order, ship to address, and tracking number when available (If tracking is available, it will show when the product has shipped). You can also re-order the product by clicking Order More.
