Sometimes, when you try to download your High‑Res files, you may see this message:
You will see this message if your High-Res files are stored in our backup storage, which is used for High-Res files that are not downloaded often. Retrieving them can take between 4 to 15 hours. You will receive an email notification once your files are ready to download.
Please Note: If your High-Res files are in our backup storage, the Web‑Size versions of your photos will still be available for immediate download.
