If your photographer has this option available for you, you can approve which visitors can view the gallery. Easily approve their Gallery Access via your account by following the steps below.
1. In your gallery’s top navigation bar, hover over your To-do’s and click the Visitor requests.
2. Click to Approve All or click the checkmark icon next to each email address to approve a specific visitor only. You can also reject any visitor by clicking the x icon next to each email address. They will not be notified if you deny their request.
Click the small x in the top right corner if you want to return to the gallery.
Once you have approved the visitor, they will be notified via email and invited to view the gallery.
