To protect your security and privacy, your account password is managed by you. If you’ve forgotten it or simply want to change it, you can easily reset your password by email by following the steps below.
The account password can also be reset in your account settings.
Receive Email to Reset Password
1. You can reset the password using the Don’t Have a Password? or Forgot Password? buttons at the login prompt.
2. Click Send to have an email with a reset link sent to you.
3. Open the email and click Reset Password.
4. Then type a new password and click Apply.
An email will be sent to you to confirm that your password has been changed.
