How can I place an order and check out from the Shop?

Updated today

Go to Shopping Cart

After adding items to your shopping cart, you can begin the checkout process at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top corner of the page.

Edit Products

Click the + (plus) or - (minus) icons to add an additional product to your cart. This will duplicate the entire product design, such as an album design or cropped canvas. You cannot edit the duplicate separately.

Some products may need to be edited further if you want to duplicate them, such as Prints, or if you want to edit the details of their design. Click on the Edit button to open the product in its product editor. You can refer to our other articles here if you need assistance creating and editing products.

Click on the Trashcan icon if you want to remove the product. This will delete any designs you’ve made and they cannot be recovered.

Add Coupon

Add a coupon code if you have one, and click Apply. The system will check if the code is valid for you. If you think a coupon code should be working for you but it isn’t, contact your photographer directly.

Continue to Shipping

Then you can continue the checkout process by clicking Continue to Shipping.

You may be asked to enter your shipping and billing details right away, or your information may already be saved in your account. At any point, you can click to Edit addresses and details.

Then add all your shipping details, including your phone number, update your Billing info if needed, and click Done.

The system will select the best shipping method for you, and you can see the estimated arrival time for all the items in your cart. Learn more about shipping methods here.

Continue to Payment

When you’re ready, click Continue to payment. On the Payment Method page, you can select your preferred payment method if your photographer has different options set up. Input your card details and follow the prompts to complete your order. If you have additional requests such as unavailable products, contact your photographer for support.
