Your gallery is fully compatible with mobile devices. You will be able to share media if sharing permissions are enabled by your photographer.
Sharing an Individual Media Item on Mobile
While browsing the gallery, select a media item. Then select the Share icon.
The media file will take a few seconds to prepare. Once ready, click Share now and choose how you would like to share it (Messages, Instagram, Email, etc).
If download permissions are enabled by your photographer, Web-size JPEGs, GIFs, or MP4 files will then be shared directly with your recipient.
Please Note: If media downloads are not enabled by your photographer, a shareable link to a gallery containing only the selected media will be provided instead.
Featured Videos and Slideshows longer than 3 minutes will always be shared via email.
Sharing the Full Gallery on Mobile
While browsing the gallery, click the menu icon. Then select Share Gallery.
If your gallery contains hidden media items, they will not be visible to unauthorized users. Click Share anyway to proceed.
When sharing a gallery containing more than 5 media items, choose between sharing via Email, Facebook, Messenger, or WhatsApp, or click to copy and share a link to the gallery.
If your gallery contains fewer than 5 media items and downloads are enabled by your photographer, the media will be shared directly as Web-Size files, including any Hidden items you’ve chosen to share.
Sharing a New Selection of Media on Mobile
While browsing the gallery, click the Select button or press and hold on a media item to start selecting. Then, click on each media item you want to include in your selection. Once you have made your selection, click on the Share icon.
When sharing a selection of more than 5 media items, choose between sharing via Email, Facebook, Messenger, or WhatsApp, or click to copy and share a link to the gallery.
If your selection contains fewer than 5 media items and downloads are enabled by your photographer, the media will be shared directly as Web-Size files, including any Hidden items you’ve chosen to share.
Share a Collection or your Favorites
Under your gallery Collections, select to open the collection you would like to share from your gallery. Click on the Share icon.
When sharing a Collection containing more than 5 media items, choose between sharing via Email, Facebook, Messenger, or WhatsApp, or click to copy and share a link to the gallery.
Anyone you share the Collection with will be able to see the name of the Collection and the Collection’s cover.
If your Collection contains fewer than 5 media items and downloads are enabled by your photographer, the media will be shared directly as Web-Size files, including any Hidden items you’ve chosen to share.
Sharing Less than 5 Media Files
When sharing a Gallery/Selection/Scene/Collection with fewer than 5 media items, the media files will take a few seconds to prepare. Once ready, click Share now and choose how you would like to share them (Messages, Instagram, Email, etc).
If download permissions are enabled by your photographer, Web-size JPEGs, GIFs, or MP4 files will be shared directly with your recipient.
