When downloads are available for purchase, you can purchase them straight from the Gallery or the Shop. You can choose individual media, buy all media, or select media from your Collections (Favorites, Scenes, etc.). The Digital Download product is also available through the Shop.

Depending on your photographer, you may have the option to purchase photo, slideshow, and video downloads.

1. Start in your Shop.

Click on the Digital Download product.

2. You can choose the Full gallery, or choose Selected items if you want to pick specific media. Under the Pricing details you’ll see the pricing information for your current selection.

1. If you choose the Full Gallery option and the gallery includes photos available for download, you can choose the download quality from the drop down. Then click Add to cart.

2. Your media will be added to your cart. Click Continue shopping to return to the gallery or Go to cart to complete your download purchase, and follow the steps here.

1. If you choose the Selected items option, you can choose to view photos only, videos only, slideshows only, or all media types. If you’re not sure what media you want to purchase yet, we recommend selecting All media types. You’ll have an option to pick out the specific media later.

2. Click on the circle to select the media you want to download, click Select all to choose all the media in that Scene, and then click Done if you’re ready to proceed with your purchase, and follow the steps here.

3. If available, you can also use the search bar, the top navigation, and your Collections to select media.

4. If you click to open your Collection, you can click on the circle to select the media you want to download, or click Select all to select the entire Collection.

5. Then, you can click on the < left-facing arrow to go back to the main selection screen to continue your selection, or click Done if you’re ready to proceed with your purchase, and follow the steps here.

1. After clicking Done, you can select the resolution you want for the selected photos. Your photographer may have different options available for you. Click on the > right-facing arrow icon next to the resolution you want to purchase.

2. Click Add to cart to proceed to checkout.

3. Your media will be added to your cart. Click Got it to return to the gallery or Go to Cart to complete your download purchase, and follow the steps here.

If you plan to post your video on YouTube for monetization, first follow these steps to obtain an audio licensing code to include with your upload.

If you plan to post the video on YouTube for monetization, you will need to add an audio licensing code upon upload to prevent your video from being restricted or disabled from monetization when you post it.

1. Once you’ve added files to your cart, click Do I need an audio licensing code? to get a unique code. Then click Get code to access it.

2. Copy the code and then click Got it. Then follow the check-out steps here.

1. If you aren’t in your cart already, you can click on the cart icon in the navigation bar.

2. Review your order by clicking View Selection, click the trash icon if you need to remove any products, add any Coupons (if applicable), and click Proceed to billing to enter your billing information.

3. Select Fill Details if you haven’t already.

4. Fill out your Full Name, Billing Address and Phone Number. Then click Done.

5. You’ll then be able to Edit Addresses and Details if needed, click the trash icon to remove any products, add any Coupons, then click Proceed to payment.

6. Once the order is placed, you can download the purchased media via your gallery.

You can also access the media via your gallery orders (from the main page of the gallery).

1. Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the navigation bar.

2. In your account window, select Orders.

3. Locate the order and click on Download. The files will begin downloading directly to your device.
