When downloads are available for purchase, you can purchase them straight from the Gallery or the Shop via your mobile device. You can choose individual media, buy all media, or select media from your Collections (Favorites, Scenes, etc.). The Digital Download product is also available through the Shop.

Depending on your photographer, you may have the option to purchase photo, slideshow, and video downloads.

1. Start in your Shop. Click on Digital Download product.

2. If you choose the Full Gallery option and the gallery includes photos available for download, you can choose the photo download quality from the drop down. Then click Add to cart. You may be asked to Confirm download terms before proceeding.

3. Click Go to cart, then follow the check-out steps here.

4. If you plan to post your video on YouTube for monetization, you will need to add an audio licensing code upon upload to prevent your video from being restricted or disabled from monetization when you post it. Click Do I need an audio licensing code? to get a unique code. Then click Get code to access it. Copy the code (you may be able to screenshot the code and copy it from your Photos app) and then click Got it. Then follow the check-out steps here.

1. Start in your Shop. Click on Digital Download product.

2. If you choose the Selected items option, you can choose to view photos only, videos only, slideshows only, or all media types. If you’re not sure what media you want to purchase yet, we recommend selecting All media types. You’ll have an option to pick out the specific media later. Then click Select items.

3. If available, you can use the search bar, the top navigation, and your Collections to select media. Click on the circle to select the media you want to download, click Select all to choose all the media in that Scene, and then click Done if you’re ready to proceed with your selection.

4. Click on the > right-facing arrow icon next to the resolution you want to purchase.

Your photographer may have different options available for you. You may be asked to Confirm download terms before proceeding. Then follow the check-out steps here.

5. If you aren’t in your cart already, you can click on the cart icon in the navigation bar.

6. Review your items by clicking View Selection, click the trash icon if you need to remove any products, add any Coupons (if applicable), and click Continue to billing to enter your billing information.

7. Fill out your Full Name, Billing Address and Phone Number if you haven’t already. Then click Done.

8. You’ll then be able to edit your order again, add any coupons, then click Continue to payment.

9. Once the order is placed, you can download the media via your gallery.

You can access the media after the photographer emails you a download. Click the Download Photos button in the email.

You’ll then be taken to the gallery where you can download to Dropbox, Google Photos, or click to Download directly to your device. The files will be downloaded to your device's default downloads location.

Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the navigation bar.

In your account window, select Orders.

Locate the order and click on Download. The files will be downloaded to your device's default downloads location.
